She uses the “rel=nofollow” attribute in her link to your site so the engines do not catch that as a followed link, thus it doesnt help your SEO at all, but it might send a couple visitors to the site.

Wow.. is she dumb? I assume she has never had competition and is just taking it hard. I’m sure there are plenty of sites that have a directory of RSS feeds, that is nothing new. As for the design the only thing that looks remotly similar is the background because they both base around a diamond shape. What a sore loser she is. Oh well free traffic for you!
