Well im kinda getting attached to posting blogs. Its really fun to just sit down and write about everything going on, and then have people actually read my blog and post comments. Thanks everyone!
Well my network is coming out with 3 different blogs this week. 1 of them will be another one of mine, another one will be a friends of mine, and then the last one is going to be a decent sized bloggin portal thingy.
I will also be looking for contribute blogger for a music related site of mine, if you are interested then send an email to jonwaraas @ gmail.com
I will also try updating my blogs daily. I will have 3 blogs to update daily, which should be fun.
In other news, my newest site – PhpBB Hacks is almost finish. All that is left to do is wait for the content adders to get there work done. And get the PhpBB template demo running. I would appreciate if anyone would like to link to the site 
So in personal news, I registered for a Real Estate Licence class. Yep, im going to get my realtors licence. The reason is because I want to learn more about the field, and I also am very interested in the subject and it would be something great to fall back on in case the Internet stuff falls through. The call will be 2 months long, and be 4 days a week. I spent $250 on the class and $88 on all the books. For some weird reason my girl friend is going to try it with me, haha.
Also, keep looking for more updates on all the sites. I am currently in my hard working phase (comes around every so often). And I have lots of projects going on. Check out all the updates to MySpace Layouts – that site.
Ok, just to get every ones brain refreshed… I need contribute bloggers for a music related site of mine send me an email if you are interested

Congrats on the expansion, good luck with the new sites. Good idea dabbling in other fields, especially if the internet goes bust (god forbid!)! Let us know how boring the course is!

I got my license in New York City. It was easy as HELL. Real estate is taking a giant crap now isn’t it…. I could tell as soon as I got my license and started working in the field back in 2004.
