Well about 3 months ago I was banned from Google Adsense because of arbitrage. Google doesnt like arbitrage that well. Even though they have been turning the other way to people who have been doing it the last few years. But now they are being greedy and banning a lot of quality arbitrage. It sounds like they want to make the money themselves.
So here is my list of reasons why I hate Google Adsense:
5. No phone support! I do a lot of business through phone, in fact I just got off the phone with YPN.
4. Banning arbitrage accounts! If done right, adsense arbitrage is a good way of making money at home, and its been around forever. Plus, Google is still making money off of this, and advertisers are still getting quality clicks.
3. There email support sucks! Adsense support in general basically sucks! It would take them 2 days to get back to my emails, they dont have reps for members, you cant talk to them via aim/skype/msn/yahoo, and when you do get a hold of them through email, they dont even answer your question, they usually just copy and paste a peace from there terms and conditions to answer your question.
2. Once your banned, you can never get back in. They wont even let my roommate into Adsense because he lives with me. I know people who were banned 2 years ago that they wont let back in. They wont let me back in even through a company account.
1. They own the Internet! We need some smart entrepreneur to make a privately owned quality PPC service for everyone. Instead of everyone relying on the top 3 companies on the Internet for PPC. Why cant we have a text-links-ad.com type company for PPC? Someone get working! hehe
I have been testing a bunch of different ad services, I will tell everyone about them later on this week.
17 Comments »YPN went down for 3 hours last night, only to do back online with more features..and one of those features is pretty sweet. You can now get paid from Yahoo Publisher Network with Paypal. Its a pretty good way to get paid if your a small timer that makes a few hundred dollars a month, but after that I rather wait the 3 days and not have to pay a middle man for my money.
I was worried that YPN would start to go downhill since they have been kicking people out like crazy, they are also in talks with Microsoft for a buy-out (not sure if they are anymore). But this confirms that they are still working on there system, and another step to open up to international.
I have been finding it increasly hard to convert my traffic these days with Yahoo. They are displaying Mortgage ads on my humor sites, and all my sites are like that. So I am in a process of testing a xml feed advertiser with decent payouts, but the xml ads tend to load slow, they don’t show up till the whole page loads. Which decrease the CTR of the page…I would use adsense, but everyone should no by now that I was kicked out of Adsense for abri. Because of that, I don’t support Google and I am slowly moving all my services.. which include stats and email… too other websites. If you have any suggestions for a google free stat program, comment about it
If I haven’t replied to your email or wrote a review about you yet, don’t worry, I’m getting there. I keep getting more and more reviews, and keep them coming, but it will take some time to get to all of them. In the meantime, here are some reviews
Milton Young’s blog is dedicated to anything he feel like writing about. Looks like he is going green also, he wrote and article about improving your gas mileage.
Not sure why, but people seem to like the picture of my girlfriend in the header, and Red Rory is one of those dudes that took a screen shot of her for his review.
This rambler who calls himself Link Rambler really likes my new design. Which is a good thing. And he also enjoys my different, non-professional way of blogging. Thanks for the great review!
Holy shit! 44 blog on your RSS reader! Damn this guy reads a lot! I only have about 8 or so on mine.
Haha, another mention of my girlfriend. This lady seems to have a small network of design related websites, hard worker ehh? Thanks for the review.. but make your URL’s seo friendly..
Thanks everyone who reviewed my blog. If you would like a mini-review and link to your blog, simply review my blog on your blog. Read all that info here.. and keep the reviews coming..
Yep, im joining the bandwagon on this one. Its a really good way to get some free back links, so why shouldn’t I jump on this?
But anyways, if you would like a FREE back link with no nofollow from JonWaraas.Com, all you need to do is review my blog and I will link back to your website, and I will also do a mini review of your website to help get you some promotion. Good deal huh?
Jonwaraas.Com gets about 500-600 uniques and about 1300 page views a day, right now it has about 230 RSS readers. Pretty decent traffic. I also have a pretty decent Technorati ranking of 6158. So when you get reviewed/linked, you will be getting hooked up
All you need to do is link www.jonwaraas.com with the anchor text “make money at home”. Here is an example.
Simple huh? I think so..
So as soon as you review my blog, send me an email to jonwaraas@gmail.com. I will do a mini review of your blog and give ya a free back link. This will help both of us

11 Comments »Well someone has been eating his wheaties! Zac Johnson recently purchased a reviewme blog post from me a few days ago, hes taking of the short lived $40 deal I have going on.
ZacJohnson.Com is the personal blog of..you guessed it.. Zac Johnson. This self claimed super affiliate has been in the game for 10 years now. His first successful business was selling comic cards and soda pop to his school mates back in the day. In 1998ish he signed up with PostMasterDirect.Com and started doing affiliate deals with them. All that info is on his about me page, he also talks about going to CJU 2000.. after that I guess he stays low on the web, because he doesnt mention about any of his company’s or journeys after that :-s
Most of the blog posts seem to be crammed with SEO links. And there are only 4 comments on all of the articles on the homepage. That’s kinda opposite of what I would suggest to do with a blog. I would suggest to make wonderful, helpful content. Then, after you get some readership, start with the aff links. And it doesnt even feel much like a personal blog, it feels like a affiliate blog talking about products and services. Zac… where are the blog posts about your $1000 Chinese food dinner?? haha
Ok, enough with the harse reviewing! Aside from the affiliate links packed blog posts. Zac’s blog has some good blog posts. The one that caught my eye the most was the recent blog post he did about my man’s Jim Cramer Action Alerts Plus product, were he sends you emails about great stocks you should buy. Looks like little Zacy made about 7.65% in one month, which made him 1880.25 cash monies on his 26k. Which is really good, better than what the bank will give ya anyday…
Reading some more of Zac’s blog posts I found this one which was really good, and it didn’t have any affiliate links in it either. He talkes about high yield savings accounts, so high that you can only find them online. Most banks pay about 1% for savings account interest, you can only get into the 4-5% range using online banks, or money markets like I do. Also, if you head over to his photo gallery page you can see that was featured in Revenue Magazine as one of the top affiliates, apperantly he isn’t a happy camper unless he makes 200k-300k a year. Props Zac..
And Finialy, this is the blog post that freaked me the fuck out! Him dressing up as spiderman! It appears that his guy is one of those Dungeon Master people that reads comic books and such.
Well Zac, thanks for purchasing a ReviewMe from me. I hope that your blog becomes sucessful, keep worken on it. And maybe go easy on some of the aff links
After a few weeks, finally we got Fighting Videos done, and it looks great! Once we finish all the tweaks and add a lot more content it will look even better. Then its time to start the marketing for the website, I have some great ideas. The site is also doing pretty good in the serps, so the whole site is coming together.
Ok, now that’s out of the way. I will list some of the things I will be blogging about this week, so now is the time to subscribe to my RSS feed to keep you updated. I dont have enough time tonight to write a long blog post. So here is a list of what I will be writing about in the future..
1. Classified Ads
2. ReviewMe
3. Money Market Savings Account Update
Oh and some kid named Bob Buskirk tagged me and wants me to list my favorite things, so here I go..

4 Comments »I’m trying something new again, and Im going to share the experience with you all, whether you like it or not hehe. What Im going to try is pretty easy and there are a tons of people that do it, the only reason I have never done this is because I personally like to target high niches. What Im going to try is find a few niches that arnt that popular and dont have much competition for the keywords.
A lot of people do this. They find niches that arent already saturated, buy .info domains, then send a lot of related backlinks that way. The traffic isn’t as much as the high niche website, but the traffic is really really targeted, which is usually easier to convert. You can either do it with Adsense, aff link, or aff offers. Im going to use YPN for mine.
The niche/keyword I will be going after is “money market savings account”. If you use Yahoo’s tool, you can see that this search term gets searched 47083 times a month. I have been talking to John Chow on msn and he said his term “make money online” gets searched 43,000 times a month, and he gets about 150 people a day from it. So I will probably getting about 175-200 uniques a day from “money market savings account”. That could maybe make me 25-45$ a day. It all matters if I find any good aff offers to go along with the YPN ads.
I have 9 other websites set up for this testing, but the only one I will show you guys is Money Market Savings Account. Which I registered 2 mins ago, and I have it on my 10$ a month reseller account from resellerzoom.com.
The reason I picked that search term is because there is no real competition for that search term. All the google results but one are crap. The one that is 3 from the bottom in the US search is doing the same thing as me. But I will rank better than him hehe.
Tonight I will put together a mini site for the domain. It will have really good unique content that I will write. The website will be about 5 pages, 3 pages for content, then 1 page for sitemap and another for contact us, it makes it more realistic, and google likes that.
I will then get links going to the site only from related website, I will use email link exchanges, and then some blue hat seo like wikipedia links hehe.
I will keep everyone updated on this, but right now I have to go
Oh, and I am having someone quest blog here. He writes great business related blog posts. His blog posts are excellent! It will be great having him guest blog here. I will tell you more about it on his first blog post which should be tomarow. Enjoy
UPDATE: I could probably cut a deal with a investment banker that sets up money market accounts and sell him leads
Do you ever see those classified ads that say something like “Make $2000 a week from your home, go to www.jonwaraas.com” and “Lose weight today, go to www.jonwarass.com”? I see them all the time, in fact my local newspaper has a whole section devoted to those ads. Ever wounder if people are making money off them? I do..
So here is the little game that we are going to play at my expense. Im gonna buy a few newspaper ads, send them to CPA offers, and see if I can make money doing this.
I have been searching all day for ideas on how to make the most return on my investments. I think I figured it out. Im gonna buy a ad in the local thrifty nickel for like $6 (not sure the exact price) a week. Im gonna say that I have a Sony Wii or whatever the hell it is for sale. And just slip a small URL in the paper ad and send it to this offer. I make something like $1.60 everytime someone submits there email address.
My ad:
Nintendo Wii for sale, brand new, only $50 go to www.zickes.com!
Then zickes.com will 301 redirect to the CPA offer in the record time (I dont fuck around)
Then they will be interested and submit there emails. Yay..
Oh and about the “brand new” and the “only $50″ in the ad.. I put that there because that will certainly make someone want to click the ad even more, I know I dont have any morals…
Well we will certainly see how this works wont we. My ads will go in the newspaper next Thursday, so I will update everyone than..
