My main company, Developer Hut, Inc. has always been the backbone of my internet businesses since… well forever. Developerhut.com was one of the first domains I have ever purchased, the first ever being custom-rails.com (circa 2002), and than customskateboatding.com (circa 2003), and developerhut.com (2005), and so on…

When I first started the site I wanted to make it a webmaster tutorials website, along with everyone else in those days. Lucky I gave up on that idea after a month of so. I than decided to turn the site into my main company and use the site for my web design services, since web design was the first thing I did for cash money when starting my web empire. I high school I remeber making about $400-$600 a month from developerhut.com, pretty decent money for me back than.

This was the sites first real design:

From 2006-2007 is when I was working my ass off on the interwebs at home while at the same time working at Home Depot. I would literly work 40 hours a week at Home Depot and than work another 40 hours on my websites at home. It wasn’t too fun, but once I hit 2007 I was starting to make more and more money at home. In those years I stopped doing web design for other people so I could focus on my own websites, so the web design just turned into my companys main websites that just showed my internet propertys.

Developerhut.com looked like this in 2006

The infamous network toolbar didn’t come into play until about July in 2006. And it was a great idea. The first toolbar had 3 drop down boxes, showing social editing sites, Media websites, and webmaster resources. The second version came out about 3 months later and only had 1 drop down bar and showed all of my websites. The final version, which you can see above, just has a link to my websites page and advertising page. I use that version now because I want my websites to be as fast loading as I can get them.

In the year 2007 I was pondering what I was going to do with developerhut.com. It was turned from a site with all my websites to a blog than back into a website with just my logo. I had no clue what I wanted to do with the website.

Than 2008 hit and I decided to get back into web design, but this time it will be different. I have 2 packages which clients can choose from, once they choose the process is 90% automated. I found come offline to online advertising methods which I can do in bulk, and I will be hiring a sales associate. With all that I should get a high return and sell $xx,xxx a month worth of products. You can also see all of my websites at this page, and you can purchase advertising on my network.

I am very happy with the history of that website and my progress on the internet. Now its time to push forward and make more websites and make lots more money.
