Yep, for my online and offline businesses. Updated monthly with financial data and marketing strategies.
My business plan is in my head, sometimes I write down notes and targets to keep myself on track.
I’d only write a plan if I needed funding from someone else. I just get on with it.
It’s interesting.. I write todo lists (which I then lose almost the very second I write them) but I never considered a business plan… do you know of a script I could use to automate that? No? shit.. alright *goes off to write a business plan*
