Don’t Pay Income Taxes!
March 27th, 2007 by Jon Waraas

Ok, the title is a bit misleading. You can pay income taxes if you want, but do you know that there isn’t a written law that says you have to pay income tax on your hard earned money? If you dont pay your income taxes, of course the IRS will come after you and probably throw you in jail, not really a risk I would like to take. But I would like to research this some more..

I found this video that Aojon talked about on wickedfire. The first half of the video talks about income taxes, while the second half talks about how the United States is ran by a corporation, and how our money is as real as monopoly money. Which any high school graduate should know by now.

To make a long post short, you don’t HAVE to pay income tax, it doesnt say that anywhere! Or you could move to Wyoming, Nevada, or any other state that doesnt make you pay either..

The video is here. Enjoy :)

Btw, this is what happens when you piss me off, i’m gonna make a site about how crappy your services are and get it ranked #1 in google. Im almost there for this site hehe… Teton Apartments Ill tell everyone the story later :)

If you enjoyed this blog post than I think you should subscribe to the RSS feed. That way you can learn a lot more from me and laugh some more at my really bad grammar. Again, here is the link for the RSS feed.

Dude $585 is a rip off in rent for a 2 bedroom?? HAHAHAHAHA.

You can’t find a 1 bedroom where I live for under $800.

$585 for a 2-bedroom is a rip-off?! Sounds pretty cheap to me.

But those charges are BS.

Well around here you can get a one bedroom for about $300/mo. I know some apartments that are about $500/mo for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Cost of living is extremely low here :P

I guess you’ve never heard of the 16th amendment to the Constitution which authorizes the levy of an income tax in the U.S.

Very interesting idea. I wonder if anyone has fought paying taxes using this argument.

Do your research, dude.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/There_is_no_law_requiring_an_income_tax

a.) Yes, people have tried (and failed) to use this argument already.

b.) Yes, there are actually SEVERAL laws in place to levy taxes. (What, you think that of the 300+ million people currently living in America, you’re the only brilliant one that’s figured out there’s no law for taxes?)

Occam’s razor, buddy.

Yea income tax is a funny thing. The system is to deep to get out now. The US relies on income tax to fund the nation now. Sad thing, as we see now that our hard earned money is being wasted (in my opinion).

Well I was tinking about income TAX but I am not telling anyone how much I make… it knows only bank. Moreover there is no business there is no work so there is no Income and no TAX. Or is it diferrent when you make some bucks on Internet? I guess in US they have law but in Europe?

That ‘16th Amendment’ is very questionable, as it was not FULLY ratified in a sense, and there are several organizations that will help and defend you in these matters. I have known a few people that did get involved with one of these organizations (the names are not with me now of the org’s), and have not paid anything since then. Are they in jail? No. As far as the entire dynamics go, I am sure what the total schema is, but it is something that is being fought and won right now.

Or you could try and find some help/advisement from a US Tax Court Practitioner (or an org affiliated with one) in an effort to get your tax percentage down to the extreme minimal levels.
