Cops: Pullover!

Pot heads: We are all ready pulled over, we cant pullover any further.

OK so last week on Go Skateboarding day (which is a totally genius idea) some stuff went down in Arizona that is really upsetting people (including myself) A bunch of juvenile skateboarders were arrested for riding their boards in public, and later others for mouthing off and fleeing the confusing scene. These kids not deserve what they got. Check this out and pass this on so the violation of our rights does not become a trend. This officer had a flashback to when he was made fun of when he was little or something and completely and irrationally wigs out. His behavior is totally unacceptable. He grabs a 14 girl by the throat and makes some serious, unnecessary threats. If all you do is repost this, you’ve done more than most, and at the state our country is in,every little thing helps.

and let me remind you that skateboarding is not a crime.

Go Skateboarding Day bummer by the Hot Springs, Arkansas Police Department. Video of the incident is below. After you watch it, we ask ALL of you to flood their phonelines and email address (below) with complaints regarding the main policeman involved, Officer Joey Williams. You should also contact your local news organizations to help spread the word. The more attention this officer gets, the better for us.

That is unbelievable. That cop was a little out of line grabbing their necks. And why did the dude with the camera have to get on the ground. He was just filming.

Those police were well within their rights. Yeah, they keep saying it’s for riding a skateboard, but if it’s against the ordinance then they can stop you. Once you run or interfere with officers, then you’re well over the line. That’s what you punks get fucking with the police. What else would those dumbasses expect to happen. The skateboarders escalated the whole thing. Hope they enjoyed their community service. haha

Ummm anyone heard of excessive force ala Rodney King. If the kids weren’t white this would be leading the national news.

That cop has been on tv before! I remember it because he has a prosthetic leg! He was on “Cops” on Zone Reality TV.

I think he’s out of line, he clearly doesn’t know how to handle kids.

When you resist, that’s what happens. Absolutely agreed.

I don’t really see any excessive violence here. The laws themselves, that the arrest was based on, may be disputable, but I think the cop was well in line.

People should call saying they support the cop.

“some stuff went down in Arizona”…

Arizona - Arkansas? Which was it? I’m sorry skateboarding may not be a crime but I have experienced plenty of instances here in California where skaters disregard pedestrians and their safety. The culture has brought this kind of enforcement. Of course, acting like a complete immature bitch and spoiled little asshole as evidenced in this video will make it better.

I don’t see anything wrong here. The officer should have gotten more backup though so he didn’t have to be so excessive with the two kids…but that situation could have easily been a riot. That’s why you shouldn’t be dumbasses to cops.

Actually by law you have to remain 30 feet away to legally shoot footage.

The cop way was making the situation worser than it really was. Most cops do that, they are on a power trip cas they were losers and got picked on back in high school.

The cop in the video was suspended, he should have been fired.. but they would probably have hard time finding more losers replace him. Doesnt this remind you of Farna on Super Troopers? hehe

If it is against city ordinance, then the cops are 100% appropriate.

The parents of these kids are idiots for raising kids asinine enought to RUN from the police, cuss at the police and whine like freakin’ babies, “I was riding a skateboard” said the boy is a little girly voice over and over.

Running from the police. That’s a gem, really. Idiots. And the “chokehold”, it was absolutely the kids’ faults. They were squirming.

Whatever. Just because kids whine about this online will never make them right.

That’s sort of hilarious when the cop tries to chase the one kid down the street, but man what a way to make the whole department look like an ass as he tries to justify his actions by yelling out citations… no wonder why people don’t respect cops anymore…

Unbelieveable.

That cop had some serious issues. Maybe he wasnt very good at boarding when he was young and is taking it out on others now he has the power…

He might ebe jealous coz you looked better than him in his cycle gear ;)
