The parents of these kids are idiots for raising kids asinine enought to RUN from the police, cuss at the police and whine like freakin' babies, "I was riding a skateboard" said the boy is a little girly voice over and over. Running from the police. That's a gem, really. Idiots. And the "chokehold", it was absolutely the kids' faults. They were squirming. Whatever.
