I bet someone got fired last week. Somehow these awesome quality guidelines got leaked last week around last Thursday or Friday. Its a 43 page bible for us SEO’ers. I havent had the time to read all of it yet but I will probably be finishing it off tomorrow. It goes in great details on what the manual reviews perceive spam websites. It also gives you an idea on how google bots look at spam websites. One thing that they look mostly look at is the quality of the actual content. I have never liked using scraped content because I always seemed to get banned too eaily, so maybe markov is the way of the future? Hehe. But anyways, if you are looking to get in the minds of Google, this is a must read.

You can read the 43 page manual here. No big deal.

If you enjoyed this blog post than I think you should subscribe to the RSS feed. That way you can learn a lot more from me and laugh some more at my really bad grammar. Again, here is the link for the RSS feed.

Hey Jon, I was going to post about this.. Just a tip - I would link to the original doc where it was published mate. You’re currently hosting stuff that as “Confidential/Copyright” Google all over it. I imagine they can afford good lawyers :)

That e-book is quite long. But with the stuff that is at stake, I shall be happy reading it. Thanks for that!
