Ok, so the last few days I have had a few incidents with clients that are quite funny.
Client are very stressful to deal with and I am very lucky that I dont deal with them on a regular basis these days. In the past I did freelance work. Now I work full time at DeveloperHut.Com. In the past, I have had lots of great clients, however, I have had a few bad clients.
A few days ago some kid like 15 years old bought a program from our website, mytrainjoiner.com, after the kid bought the program he didn’t get his serial code to register the program. He managed to find my cell phone number and he called me 3 mins. after the purchase, which was at 4 am in the morning. What happen was the email with the serial number didn’t make it past his spam filter or something like that. So I told him to look through his spam folder for the email. After about 5 more mins. the tried calling me back. It was like 4 am in the morning so i didn’t answer. He then repeatably called my cell phone 10 fucking times in a fucking row! So I turned my phone off. Went to paypal and refunded his money back to him. In the refund description thingy I wrote. Your “annoying so I refunded your money back”, LOL.
Well the next day he sent me about 7 messages over myspace. In the messages he told me that he hasn’t gotten his money back or whatever. I told him to wait a few days for the bank to stop the pending thing. Everyone knows that! He then sent another 7 messages complaining that paypal took money from his 15$. So I sent the kid another 78 cents. He complained so more. So I sent him another $1.50. He was still complaining and even said that I should refund him another 15$ for all the trouble he was going through.

So today I log onto MSN to get an angry 40 year old that just purchased growaforum.com from my company. He was mad because I supposebly lied to him about how much traffic growaforum got from adword. Its weird because I told him i wasn’t sure on how much traffic I got from adword, but I did send him 2 screen shots of ALL the stats from adword.
So I took 2 screen shots of how much GAF got from adword, and the guy still seemed to think in his head that I lied about the traffic, LOL.
He also told me that karma will get me. Since Im such a bad person 
That was from a 40 year old… little immature don’t you say?? LOL
He also told me that I wont make it that far in this business Poor me
What I think happen with him is he started picturing good things happening to that site. We had a budget of 30$ a month in adword and got a few buys from it. He said he had a budget of 3000$ a month. So I bet he was just thinking that he was going to break in the load. I guess reality hit him and he took it out on me. LOL

I’ve had some problems dealing with clients before too, hence why I prefer to earn a passive income from CPC and CPM networks.
You’ll always get little kids taking the piss, sometimes you wish you could meet them and kick the s**t outta them.
Those messages were hilarious. here’s what you can do. Create a couple email addressed like billing@developerhut.com or support@developerhut.com or compliance@developerhut.com and refer all those types of people to the appropriate business email address. Then if they still have issues, refer them to your lawyer.
