This whole housing debacle’s annoying, all the markets have switched to a buyers market except in texas where I’m trying to buy some property

Are you saying that after our economy collapses we’ll turn to caniblism?

Seriously, a couple years ago I was selling real-estate in New York and I saw this coming.
