I know your wondering what the title means huh? See, I know you. And I also know that if I dont tell you what the tittle means, then that means your going to get mad. So im going to have a bit of fun. I will tell you at the end of this blog post. K? Don’t read ahead…

Anyways, I set up a team to help me get more work done. The team consists or 1 designer, 2 css/xml coders, and like 5 people to add content to the site. Each one of them are outsourced. Which sucks really bad. My goal in the next few years is to have a office with my team working at the office with me managing them there. I say that because it is so hard to get stuff done on time. Right now im having problems with the designer and a few content adders. But what can you expect from outsourced employees? If you guys are reading this, help me help you. ;)
But that is my semi long term goal for me. Well in the next few years. Have a few employees that come to work at 8 and sit with me and get some jobs done, help me manage sites, and add content. Then they would leave at 5. Yes, its a 8-5 job, but its a quit fun 8-5 job for some people. Just image doing something you love, and getting paid for it, and working for a wonderful person like me. :0 haha

Someday that will happen…

In better news. I sold a site off my network. The site was www.growaforum.com. It was a great site. However, too much work for a publisher to handle. That site sold in 2 hours. Haha, can you image that? I have great selling abilities or something. I have sold like 5 websites so far, and all have sold within a day.

Network Update

Yay, a network update! What is a network update? I’m not sure, but here I go.

I have been having some problems with traffic this month. However, my main sites have gotten better keyword placement in yahoo. Bad news is im still totally blocked in google from the stupid digital point coop op bull shit. If someone from google reads this, I love google.com. ;)
I have been busy working on the new sites. All 4 or them. My plan is to work hard on these new sites, then once they are up, turn my efforts into adding content and getting mad traffic to them. Then once I get everything under control, start making more websites. And then buy some office space and have employees. yay!

Oh man, thats enough typing for tonight. So do you wanna know about the surprise or whatever?

Here she is…

If I were you I would hold off on hiring employees and having an office. Hiring full-time programmers and designers is going to cost you a ton! Not to mention paying them benfits and 401ks and stuff.

Why do you think all big time companies are firing 1000s of employees left and right? It’s because you can get the same work done overseas for a fraciton of the cost.

Stick with outsourcing for now… but just try to build a relationship with a few people you know you can count on.

I enjoy reading your blogs (This is AshBo from whateverlife.com); I’m young as well (merely 16)-but very much into my businesses (INC & LLC).

As far as having employees, sounds awesome…I have a team put together; but unfortunately, they can stick to a meeting schedule as well as they can stick to studying :(. Lol.

I’ve been very much into researching my own seperate office (from my house and what not), so it seems as if we’re sort of in the same situations.

As far as outsourcing and hiring out of the country; I understand it costs less…but then again, this is WHY Americans are short of jobs (insert lol here).

Anyways, as I was saying; I like reading these blogs. Pretty close to how I’m thinking too.
