Back in 2007 I first launched buyblogcomments.com because I was using the service myself and by reselling the service I could secure that method of link building better and secure the writers for more volume of work, plus a bulk discount. I then started buybookmarks.net because I use social bookmarking a ton myself and thought that reselling would be a great idea. And then in October of 2008 I decided that reselling all the services I use for my own seo sites would be a great idea and way to make sure I can actualy keep my writers for the volume of work that I want done, with the bulk pricing
Well 6 months later and developerhut.com now offers blog comments, yahoo answers, social bookmarking, directory and article submissions, and even increase blog comments. And even this week we will be launching content creation plans. Very exciting huh?
Why am I telling you all that pointless info? Well, back in October I put 100% of my effort in developerhut.com, and now that everything is coming together I can start on some new projects. As of right now I plan on working on 2 new projects which include an e commerce network that consists of 3 different websites and 2 seo websites. I am also teaming up with an old friend and we will be launching a private lead generation network which will be my other project.
Foundation?
On both projects I will be using developerhut.com as my foundation. Each website that I will be promoting from now on will have a custom monthly link building plan that is set to about $25 a month (my price) and also include my daily ping tool, and a new grey hat tool that I will be launching later. All of the other services will be available very soon.
Those monthly link building plans will pretty much automate my link building process. I would have to do some work in building up quality long term links but I like doing that kind of work. With my link building pretty much automated I can focus on sales, content creation, support, and other projects.
I am very excited about the new network of e-commerce sites. So far I only have one that is up and running 100% and just running adwords right now, well this week I have spent only $336.61 on adwords and have made $1550.66 in sales. That is with no seo traffic (the website is only 2 weeks old), so when the seo traffic starts coming in then I think I will be a very happy camper
The network of lead generation sites is also a fun project. I am teaming up with a buddy of mine and we will be launching about 10 or so targeted lead generation websites for the private offers that we will be running. I think at this time we have 3 or 4 different private offers that pay out in the low $xx a lead.
The leads are automatically sent to the buyers using the code that I made. I will also be programming a system were my partner and I will have a website were we can login and check stats and stupid shit like that.
So yeah, that is what I have been busy doing. No big deal. Also, for everyone that wrote a review I will still be posting the mini reviews just hold tight.
Follow me on my journey of success and failures, it should be a fun ride.... Again, here is the link for the RSS feed.

Jon,
You are heading in the right direction, focus on sales and promotion, automate everything you can. Just curious, are the private lead gen offers for local companies that you guys set up or national companies you approached? I’m assuming you are calling them private because they are not through a network.
Also, not trying to find out too much info, but is the e-commerce site through an affiliate program with feeds or a dropship warehouse or electronic info products/downloads, or what? I’m looking at some options to get away from personally warehousing and shipping product and was just curious what or how others are selling when they buy traffic and still make money.
Those are indeed great news. It seems your hard work will be paying off very good soon
. And this last project that actually combines few link building methods is really great, and i think that it could make good attention. Keep us informed!
I tell you, you’re on the right track! Creating online commodities is definitely the way of the future. Here in South Africa, we’re not allowed to use PayPal, so I’m a bit stuck in terms of managing e-commerce websites :/
Hey man, I’ve been following you for a while and you have a damn good setup going on. You have created a product that people want, use, and will pay for. As long as that holds true, your going to make some money. I am flat out going to say that its your drive and follow-through that is the key to your success. You make a plan and you just do it. If it fails, you learn something, if its a success, you work to make it better.
I’m right now where you were about 5 years ago, maybe a little more. I have a network of SEO sites making me a good chunk of change. Maybe not enough to buy house, but damn good none the less. I worked a part-time job for 10 months at 8 bucks an hour. During the same time i made double the amount off my websites than my part time job. Were talking about a good amount of money. Turned out to almost full time income.
About 4 months ago i was like fuck 8 dollar an hour retail jobs, im getting into the seo business. Every single job ive been interviewed for, I’ve gotten. As a 21-year old with no college degree im sitting there with people with 4 year degrees in who knows what the fuck trying to get into SEO who dont a damn thing about it. I was recently offered a $40k a year job with an SEO firm focused in the legal sector while I have friends with newly polished 4 year degree’s struggling to make $10 bucks an hour.
I have a nice gig right now developing a local lifestyle magazines website for a good hourly amount at the moment. Work from home, As little or as many hours as I want within reason. But it still bothers the fuck out of me that I am working to make someone else money.
Problem with me is that I am not as dedicated to my projects as i should be. And the time I do spend on them, i’m not as productive as I’d like. Its a problem of discipline that I need to conquer. Yet the reality of owning my own legitimate business and working for myself is just out of my grasp. It is a goal I’ve set to accomplish by the end of this year.
Main problem- i still depend on crappy ad networks, adsense, ttz media dropping me from $2xxx for a few months to $200 in a month by ad changes. It SUCKS to depend on these people for paychecks.
You learned that lesson and you stopped depending on these people for income, and now your diversifying your income into both ecommerce and seo sites. And you got the most difficult part for most, linkbuilding, pretty much down. Your doing well.
Good luck to your new shit and I’m just gonna keep working on mine.
BTW on your developer hut “Our network statistics” section, there is an error.

If you want to get on with work and be more productive a good way is to use a good task setting program. I use taskplus, just sits in my system tray all day long, when I need to add a task I just press control+insert and type in my task. If you don’t get a task done on a day that you set it, you can just drag it to another day. I’ve found the past 2 weeks using it extremely useful.
I can plan dates way ahead in the future to make sure my life doesn’t waste away. For example, I’ve set one up 2 years ahead of now to check if I’m still in the same job earning crappy money and decide whether to quit or not.
No wonder you have been busy! Sounds very exciting, I hope you make some big bucks!
I’m really impressed with your efforta and will try your service for a month and see how it goes. If this works as mentioned above you’ll be in for a big business. All the best
That commerce website looks nice and people who want to get quality back links and do not to work themselves, than they could order some of those packs, but I like to write myself all the comments associated with my website.
Good idea, i will see your offer. thanks
Hah, and when I go quiet it’s because I’m sleeping. You’re a machine, Jon – when are you going to take a break!?
Very Nice Jon! Keep us up to date
Jon, let us know the game plan for the new network. Are you going to launch the content sites first or what?
