Jon, let us know the game plan for the new network. Are you going to launch the content sites first or what?

Hah, and when I go quiet it's because I'm sleeping. You're a machine, Jon - when are you going to take a break!?

That commerce website looks nice and people who want to get quality back links and do not to work themselves, than they could order some of those packs, but I like to write myself all the comments associated with my website.

If you want to get on with work and be more productive a good way is to use a good task setting program. I use taskplus, just sits in my system tray all day long, when I need to add a task I just press control+insert and type in my task. If you don't get a task done on a day that you set it, you can just drag it to another day. I've found the past 2 weeks using it extremely useful.

I can plan dates way ahead in the future to make sure my life doesn't waste away. For example, I've set one up 2 years ahead of now to check if I'm still in the same job earning crappy money and decide whether to quit or not.

Hey man, I've been following you for a while and you have a damn good setup going on. You have created a product that people want, use, and will pay for. As long as that holds true, your going to make some money. I am flat out going to say that its your drive and follow-through that is the key to your success. You make a plan and you just do it. If it fails, you learn something, if its a success, you work to make it better.

I'm right now where you were about 5 years ago, maybe a little more. I have a network of SEO sites making me a good chunk of change. Maybe not enough to buy house, but damn good none the less. I worked a part-time job for 10 months at 8 bucks an hour. During the same time i made double the amount off my websites than my part time job. Were talking about a good amount of money. Turned out to almost full time income.

About 4 months ago i was like fuck 8 dollar an hour retail jobs, im getting into the seo business. Every single job ive been interviewed for, I've gotten. As a 21-year old with no college degree im sitting there with people with 4 year degrees in who knows what the fuck trying to get into SEO who dont a damn thing about it. I was recently offered a $40k a year job with an SEO firm focused in the legal sector while I have friends with newly polished 4 year degree's struggling to make $10 bucks an hour.

I have a nice gig right now developing a local lifestyle magazines website for a good hourly amount at the moment. Work from home, As little or as many hours as I want within reason. But it still bothers the fuck out of me that I am working to make someone else money.

Problem with me is that I am not as dedicated to my projects as i should be. And the time I do spend on them, i'm not as productive as I'd like. Its a problem of discipline that I need to conquer. Yet the reality of owning my own legitimate business and working for myself is just out of my grasp. It is a goal I've set to accomplish by the end of this year.

Main problem- i still depend on crappy ad networks, adsense, ttz media dropping me from $2xxx for a few months to $200 in a month by ad changes. It SUCKS to depend on these people for paychecks.

You learned that lesson and you stopped depending on these people for income, and now your diversifying your income into both ecommerce and seo sites. And you got the most difficult part for most, linkbuilding, pretty much down. Your doing well.

Good luck to your new shit and I'm just gonna keep working on mine.

BTW on your developer hut "Our network statistics" section, there is an error.

I tell you, you're on the right track! Creating online commodities is definitely the way of the future. Here in South Africa, we're not allowed to use PayPal, so I'm a bit stuck in terms of managing e-commerce websites :/
