With tookle.com I took off the ad unit on the homepage and that should increase my CTR which in return will increase my CPM. Google lets you display 4 ad units on one single page. However that is not always best, displaying a lot of ads on one page will hurt your CTR (Click Through Rate) and your CPM. If you look at my sites I usually only have one or two ads on a page. I only keep the ads that get the most clicks. I hope this will give me a few more pennies on Google, and a better ROI on the advertisers, lol.
I am also going to use the few dollars that I have left to post a link exchange thread on sitepoint tonight. If you are interested in link exchanging, send me an email, the site gets about 1k uniques daily.
Also, one of my partners is selling text ads on his PR 5 tech site very cheaply this month. Check out this thread. The site gets 3k uniques a day! Contact me if you want some mad hook ups with that site.
