So I decided to test out the private advertising market. Last week I made a section for advertisements on LoserAlliance.Com on the right side. I am selling those sports for $70 a month for a regular ad, and then $240 a month for color/bold. The color links with bold gets a lot more traffic than a plain one, that’s why there is a major price difference. Well anyways, its only been a week and I have 5 advertisers on there currently. Making me a decent $700. That is really good! I usually spend about $1000 a month in advertising that website, so if I sell 2 more links, then I will break even, and I get to keep 100% of the YPN ads revenue, hehe.
I’m thinking of adding private ads to each of my websites. I know I can make some money off of BlogLoser.Com and FunnyLoser.Com. Maybe someday move to selling private banner ads. So I would be my own ad network. hmmm…
Well in other news, I am almost done with my newest site coming to the network. I have to finish the last touch-ups and then me and the programmer have to go over a few little things.
By the way, the programmer I am working with is Paul, he is one of the best I have dealt with. I am having lots of fun with this back end you made Buddie, thanks again 
Anyways, with that website almost done, I am going to try something new. I will have a few people that read my blog go over the new website before it launches and make sure everything is worken and give me some suggestions, etc. So I am looking for a few beta testers. I will not be paying, because I will no be making much money off this website. In personal news, I am going to buy a house this week. The house is barley being started (its brand new). The house is 2500 square feet! Huge huh! I will tell everyone more later this week 
I will also be starting my real estate class this week. This should be real fun, I’m just going to learn more about the field, not to be an actual agent. I will keep everyone updated on that as well

Hey Jon, did you advertise the sale of the private ads, or did you just go by word of mouth? The nice thing about private ads is that you get 100% of the profits :).
Glad you like the back-end, isn’t flexible code great :).
I just added the “advertiser here” link on the site, then they started coming :-s
I also have a thread on sp. But it has only been up for 2 days now, and i did get 1 advertiser.
I got the rest from word of mouth…
