Ok I went and took pictures of the new house for everyone. The house isnt all the way done, they still have to do touch up painting, add the window shutters, finish the wood floor so we can put shit on it, and a bunch of other random stuff. But here are some pics of what it looks like as of today.
I forgot to mention that the house has went up 8k from the price I payed. It is worth 185k. They came and did the estimate before I had the woodfloors in and some other add-ons. My reator said when I get the yard in this summer it will be close to 200k. That means I will make about 20K in about 5 months, if I sold it.
After this I will start writing better blog posts that accually have to deal with internet stuff, sorry about all the personal blog posts

I like the place, plus if you are buying where they are just building new houses everywhere you can make a pretty good profit on the house once you want to sell it. The one I’m living in now, we bought for around 200k, in 3 years its now worth about 600k. Only thing we’ve done is added wood floors and a pool.
