OK, like I have been saying these last few months. January is the month to get my network going some-more. If you haven’t noticed I have already started work on BuzzBums.Com so far. But now its NewToTech.Com turn!
I am having a posting/referral/blogging contest for NewToTech.Com. That way everyone has a fair chance to win. The contest will be based on points. Every post you make will go towards your points, every referral you get will go towards your points, every blog post you make will go towards your points, and every unique visitor you send will go towards your points. I will make a chart to show you how points will be measured.
Posting - Every 4 posts = 1 Point (Example: 2000 posts = 500 points)
Blog Posts - Every 1 200 word blog post = 40 points (You can only post once per domain)
Referral - Every 1 referral = 1 point (BUT! Every post that person makes equals 1/2 point, it only counts if the person make 100 plus posts)
Unique Visitors = Every 200 visitors = 5 points (I will check the referral link and IP addy)
This contest will be monitored by me and the mods very heavily. I will allow no cheating at all, that means no spam bots, not proxy traffic, no spam blog posts, etc. I will also watch IP’s also. You know what is cheating.
The contest starts now. I will install a better stats plug-in later to keep track. You may check referrals here.
If you make a blog post about newtotech, be sure to PM me the URL of the blog post. Again it has to be 200 words to be counted as a blog post for newtotech. It is really easy to make a 100 word blog post and say its an actually “blog post” haha.
To qualify for this contest, you must make at least 100 posts!

This is a great way to drive traffic to NewToTech. I may have to enter the contest myself
I could make a really nice blog post but having 100 posts under my belt in that time is pretty hard to achieve and not exactly worth $250 to me. Nice contest tho, hopefully it does help promote the site!
I lengthen the contest another month and I will be throwing in another 100$
