Outsourcing Busy Work?

So I have been experimenting with outsourcing my busy work to other people. I posted a ad on sitepoint a few weeks ago and i have about 7 people on my msn messenger that are willing to add content to my sites for some cash money. So I have been giving them work.

I am paying think girl 500$ to add 1700 code to a new site of mine. It will take her a few weeks. I am also paying another kid 150$ to download and then upload on my server 2000 codes. And I am also going to pay someone else to add myspace layouts to my myspace sites.

So the question is, what has all your experiences in outsourcing this kinda work? I have outsourced my design work, coding work, programming work, etc. But never this stuff.

I am actually having a great experience doing this. It gives me more time to work on that actual website instead of trying to add content to the sites. And since I have 30 something websites. It helps a lot!

My overall plan is to get a few more sites built, then just take it easy for a while and market my websites hardcore. Then restart the whole making more website thing.

So tell me your all experiences, I am spending a lot of money on this stuff, 2000$ plus, so I want to hear your point of views… :)
Also! In tomorrow’s blog post, I will announce one of my medium sized sites coming out. Keep reading :)
