Well another offer on the Apt. was accepted, sucks cas I was going to submit an offer tonight on it. Oh well..

I will be looking for some other properties tomorrow and next week. I am also considering buy a fixer house and make it rent-able. I will keep everyone updated.

I will also do a blog post about online related stuff too. Sorry for the lack of blog posts..

I wish i could get some cheap property up here, But the ski resort has caused real estate to become ridiculous up here.
