i am wondering. when looking for a website that you want to advertise on, what is your criteria? is it just a link exchange website or do you search out a site and pay them monthly to advertise? do you search a site that is simlar to your but just has more traffic or what? generally how would you go about it?

I have multiple CD’s and then I am buying my own house (real estate).

After I pay taxes in april I plan on buying a smaller real estate investment, and buy more CD’s (for now)…
