Here is the email of me asking about the CTR and the images…
———————————–
Hi Jon,
Thanks for checking in with us about the images near your AdSense ad
units. I wasn’t able to load www.tookle.com, but I did visit
-Adbritage site-. I suggest that you exercise caution when placing
images near the Google ads on your sites, as AdSense publishers may not
rely on deceptive implementation methods to generate clicks.
To be specific, we ask that publishers not place misleading images near
Google ads or use images that appear to be directly associated with the
advertisers and their offerings. The use of such images may confuse users
or draw undue attention to the ads and result in unintentional clicks.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Ok, my site www.tookle.com i back up (server went offline) could you please check that
Also, that site gets a high CTR. About 40-50% the last few days. Should I be worried about that? Thanks again for the help.

Hi Jon,
Thanks for letting us know that www.tookle.com is back up. As previously
mentioned, I suggest using caution when placing images next to your ads.
Misleading images should not be placed near ad units, nor should images
that draw undue attention to your ad area. In addition, I suggest placing
a clearly defined bordered to separate the images from your ad units if
you choose to continue placing images next to ads.
In regard to your increased CTR, I’ve noted your input and we’ll continue
to monitor the situation. I’d also like you to know that due to the
proprietary nature of our algorithm, we’re unable to disclose any details
about the activity on your account.

Looks like me and you have to start placing a line between the images…
