Interesting post, but I wonder if managing many freelancers working in home isn’t too much risky? I think that someone who works at home can sometimes just use a possibility and not work as much as he could. That depends of course on the deal that is between you but what I want to say is that making too many freelancer work at home may occur something out of control.
There are a lot of people from places like India and Middle Easter European countries. Do these people know what they are doing or are they scammers?
