		<description>I&#039;ve actually just joined my local gym, I bought a weights bench and weights but never had the time or motivation to use them really. What I like about the gym is even if I dont want to use the equiptment I can just go for a swim.

You should post a picture of what you look like now and then post another every month so we can see the progress :)</description>

		<description>Dieting is pretty hard.  I was 207 pounds at 5&#039;9 last year, but I just ate less rice and less snacking.  The results = 165pounds :)

I think the 300 workout is pretty intense and requires alot of commitment. I agree with Frankie about the 80% diet thing. Your body can only burn calories or vice versa build muscle with the nutrients in your body. Getting all the amino acids and complexed carbohydrates (with lots of water) is the up most importance of losing weight and gaining hard lean muscle.</description>
