Everyone knows I am very immature, but hell i cant help it. So the other days me and 5 or 6 of my buddies went and worked out. After we worked out we went and ate at a restaurant. After we ate we all packed into my truck and headed back to drop them off at there cars. I have this boat horn in my truck that is really really loud, its fun to scare people with. So on the way back we drove by the mall and blew the horn at some people to scare them, if you have never done this it is the funniest thing ever! Some people get so scared. Well this time we managed to piss some people off. I had 2 trucks chasing me. They chased me about 4 miles or so. I managed to get away. For some reason why count take a joke and turned me into the cops. The next day the cops got a hold of me and gave me a ticket. The cop was a kool guy, we was actually laughing because of the whole incident. He said that he would have just gave me a warning, but because the people we pressing charges he had to give me a ticket. So I am charged with Disturbing the Peace. I have to go to court Monday to plead guilty or not guilty.
The reason why I took my blog off is because this one guy threatened me by leaving a voice mail saying quote “I make my living by my ears, and the ears that you blasted tonight are still ringing, I am going to the doctor to get them checked out, and if they are damaged I will be giving you a huge lawsuit”. Its funny how some people try to take money from successful people.
I took my blog offline because I wanted to contact my lawyer and talk to him about it. I’m going to have a meeting with him next week and talk to him about protecting my assets. Personal and business assets.
I am going to take the archive off today so that he cant read up on the passed blog posts.
In other news, I have been sick with the flu for the last 2 days, it sucks really bad, I haven’t even done any work. I will write a blog post about tookle.com a little later.

that is hilarious, i myself have done something similar but my friends and i do it on foot using air horns.
That’s halarious! We used to drive around with super soakers soaking people. Someone called the cops thinking it was a real gun (bright florescent green, go figure) and upon return to the high school, cop cars surrounded the car and they all got out with their guns drawn pointed at the car. They wanted to press charges but she pleaded that the box said, “Ages 3 and up”.

Yeah I’ve been jogging and someone in a truck blasted the horn. I didn’t noticably move though. Wanted to kick his ass though, so I can completely understand why that guy wanted to beat your ass!
damn man. I was so surprised about the blog take down i had a dream about it. pretty weird huh.
Do you put your websites under your corporate license? I would seperate all your large sites under different corps. If he sues you personaly he cant touch your LLC’s or w/e you have. and if he sues your corp(which i dont see possible) he will only be able to take down one network.

Do you know what his living is that it requires his ears? He could have a reasonable complaint.
I googled the guy and he owns some wedding DJ service.
I actually called up the guy and appoligised. Im pretty sure he wont press charges, just for the fact that it will cost him thousands of dollars. And it is a pretty dumb reason to sue, I sure he just left that voice mail out of anger.

Also remember that even though you remove sensitive information from prior posts and archives that they are not actually gone. They can still be easily retrieved via google, archive.org, etc…
prudent posting is the way to go!
